Performance

High Hardness and Wear Resistance: Alumina ceramic has a Mohs hardness of 9, second only to diamond, and its wear resistance is approximately 20 times that of stainless steel, allowing for long-term use in high-wear environments.

High Temperature Resistance: Alumina ceramic can operate in atmospheric environments up to 1750°C and maintain 50% of its room-temperature tensile strength even at temperatures of 1000°C.

Corrosion Resistance: Alumina ceramic is highly resistant to most chemical corrosives, including acids, alkalis, and organic solvents, surpassing most metals in corrosion resistance.

Electrical Insulation: Alumina ceramic has high resistivity and excellent electrical insulation properties, maintaining good insulation even in high-temperature environments.

Low Friction: A smooth surface with a low friction coefficient reduces drag and wear during material conveying. 


Customization Range

Production Process

Raw Material Preparation: We select high-purity alumina powder and, if necessary, add small amounts of additives to improve the ceramic's properties.

Molding Process: We select the appropriate molding process based on the shape and size of the custom part, such as dry pressing, isostatic pressing, injection molding, and slip casting. Sintering: The formed green body is sintered in a high-temperature furnace, typically at temperatures between 1600°C and 1800°C, to achieve a dense ceramic structure.

Precision Machining: Sintered ceramic parts require precision machining, such as cutting, grinding, and polishing, to meet dimensional accuracy and surface quality requirements.


Application Areas

Electronic Engineering: Customized alumina ceramic insulation sleeves, ceramic windows, vacuum chucks, and other products are used for insulation, protection, and support of electronic components.

Mechanical Industry: Customized alumina ceramic guide rails and arms are used in high-end processing equipment and automated production lines to improve precision and wear resistance.

Chemical and Energy: Customized alumina ceramic nozzles, ceramic plates/sheets, and ceramic balls are resistant to corrosive liquids and gases and are used for chemical material conveying and equipment linings.
