3. Temperature Range

Ordinary type: Long-term use ≤ 250°C (limited by rubber buffer layer)

High-purity type: Temperature resistance ≤ 1600°C (sintering temperature 1650-1990°C)

II. Structural Design and Process

1. Steel-backed ceramic composite liner

Three-layer structure: Alumina ceramic sheet (wear-resistant (layer) + rubber buffer layer (Shore hardness 60±5) + steel plate base (3-10mm)

 

Fixing Method: Dual bolt welding and adhesive bonding, ceramic plate through-bolt welding to prevent falling off

 

2. Process Features

 

Unibody vulcanization molding, ceramic rubber and steel plate integrated, impact resistance improved by 60%

 

Supports custom shapes (such as curved plates and dovetail groove plates), smooth surface reduces material resistance

 

III. Typical Application Scenarios

 

1. High-Impact Conditions

 

Steel plant weighing hoppers and mining chutes: The rubber buffer layer absorbs the impact of large particles, reduces noise and prevents blockage.

 

Coal conveying systems for thermal power plants: The ceramic rubber composite lining resists coal block impact, extending service life by over 10 times.

 

2. High-Temperature Corrosive Environments

 

Metallurgical High-Temperature Pipelines: High-purity Alumina ceramic lining resists molten metal corrosion at 1600°C

 

Chemical Reactors: Acid and Alkali Resistance (pH 1-14), Resistant to weak acids and bases
