Customized alumina ceramic wear-resistant parts are based on high-purity alumina (typically containing 92%, 95%, or 99% Al₂O₃ content). The size, shape, and structure of these parts are customized based on the wear conditions of industrial equipment (such as material hardness, impact strength, and temperature). Their core advantages and key customization points are as follows:

1. Working Condition Confirmation: Determine the accessory's usage scenario (e.g., material hardness, temperature, and impact strength), installation space dimensions, and connection method (e.g., bolting or adhesive fastening).

2. Material Selection: Select the Al₂O₃ content based on wear resistance requirements (92% Al₂O₃ for low wear, 99% Al₂O₃ for high wear resistance and high purity).

3. Design and Prototyping: Design the structure through CAD modeling (avoiding sharp angles and reducing stress concentration). Prototypes are produced using dry pressing/isostatic pressing, followed by high-temperature sintering at 1600-1750°C.

4. Precision Machining and Testing: The sintered blanks are precision ground (ensuring a dimensional tolerance of ±0.02mm). Hardness, density, and wear resistance are tested, and mass production begins after passing the test.
