95% Alumina-lined steel pipe is a composite pipe that combines 95% Alumina ceramic with steel pipe. It leverages the ceramic's high wear and corrosion resistance with the steel pipe's high strength and good toughness, and is widely used in the industrial field.

 

·Structural Composition: Typically consists of an outer steel pipe, a middle ceramic adhesive layer, and an inner corundum ceramic layer. The outer steel pipe is typically 20# seamless steel pipe, providing strength and toughness; the middle layer is a ceramic adhesive layer, which securely bonds the ceramic layer to the steel pipe; and the inner ceramic layer, 95% alumina ceramic, provides the primary wear and corrosion resistance.

·Performance Characteristics

·Excellent Wear Resistance: 95% alumina ceramic has a Mohs hardness of up to 9.0, equivalent to over HRC90. Its wear resistance is several or even dozens of times greater than that of ordinary steel pipe, effectively resisting erosion and wear from materials, extending the pipe's service life. · Strong Corrosion Resistance: Ceramic is a neutral material with stable chemical properties. It is resistant to various inorganic acids, organic acids, and organic solvents. Its corrosion resistance is over ten times that of stainless steel, protecting steel pipes from corrosion in harsh chemical environments.

· High Strength and Good Toughness: The outer steel pipe layer imparts high strength and good toughness to the pipe, enabling it to withstand certain pressures and impacts. Furthermore, the ceramic layer is tightly bonded to the steel pipe through a special process, making it difficult to fall off and ensuring the reliability of the pipe during operation.

· Low Operating Resistance: The inner Ceramic Lining has a smooth surface that is resistant to rust and lacks the convex spiral lines found on the inner surface of seamless steel pipe. This ensures smoother material conveying, reduces material adhesion and accumulation within the pipe, lowers conveying resistance, and saves energy.

· High Temperature Resistance: 95% alumina-lined steel pipes can operate for long periods of time within a temperature range of -50°C to 900°C, meeting the requirements of some high-temperature industrial environments.

· Installation Methods: 95% alumina-lined steel pipes can be installed in a variety of ways, including welding and flange connections. Welding ensures secure pipe connections and is suitable for applications requiring high sealing performance. Flange connections facilitate pipe disassembly and maintenance, making them suitable for areas requiring frequent maintenance.

 

Applications: Widely used in the coal, power, metallurgy, mining, and chemical industries. In the coal industry, pipes can be used to transport coal dust and coal slurry; in the power industry, pipes can be used as pulverized coal conveying pipes and ash removal pipes; in the metallurgical industry, pipes can be used to transport ore and slag; in the mining industry, pipes can be used to transport tailings and slurry; and in the chemical industry, pipes can be used to transport various corrosive chemical media.
