Ceramic Al₂O₃ alumina wear-resistant Ceramic Lining plates and lining bricks are both industrial wear-resistant materials made primarily of alumina and are widely used in the industrial sector.
Alumina Wear-Resistant Ceramic Lining Plates
Features: High hardness, reaching Rockwell hardness of HRA85 or higher, with wear resistance 271.5 times greater than manganese steel; excellent impact resistance, with a toughened ceramic formula ensuring the ceramic is resistant to breakage; resistant to weak acids and bases, with strong chemical stability; capable of long-term operation at 0°C-250°C, with some specially formulated products offering a wider operating temperature range.
Structure and Installation: Available in both single-piece and composite types. The single-piece type is made of pure ceramic and can be installed by gluing or mounting, making it suitable for ambient temperature and low-impact applications. The composite type combines an Alumina ceramic panel with a metal substrate, secured by welding or bolting, making it suitable for high-impact and high-temperature applications. · Applications: Widely used in coal conveying, material handling, pulverizing, ash removal, and dust removal systems, and other high-wear machinery in thermal power, steel, smelting, machinery, coal, mining, chemical, cement, and port terminals.
Alumina Wear-Resistant Lining Bricks
· Features: Made from 90%-99% pure alumina and sintered at 1700°C, they offer high hardness, high mechanical strength, and wear resistance 266 times greater than manganese steel. They also offer excellent impact resistance, corrosion resistance, and thermal stability.
· Shape and Installation: Available in a variety of shapes, including sheets, blocks, hexagons, squares, and rectangles, these can be customized to meet customer needs. Installation is typically performed using high-temperature inorganic adhesives, cambered joints, or stud welding, ensuring long-term operation without dislodging under high-temperature and high-impact conditions. ·Application: Mainly used in the easily worn parts of equipment such as ball mills, material conveying equipment, coal preparation plants, etc., as the material contact surface, subject to wear and impact, such as the wear-resistant lining of ball mills, which can extend the service life of the lining and improve the grinding efficiency.
