Structure and Operating Principle
·Structure: This cyclone consists of a first cylindrical cyclone and a second cylindrical-conical cyclone connected in series.
·Operating Principle: The raw coal is fed into the first cylindrical cyclone through the central tube. The qualified heavy suspension is pressurized by a medium pump and fed tangentially into the lower section of the cyclone. Under the influence of the centrifugal and density fields, the light product, along with a portion of the low-density heavy suspension, flows through the inner cyclone and is discharged from the lower central tube of the cyclone as clean coal. The heavy product and a portion of the high-density heavy suspension flow upward along the inner wall of the cyclone through the outer cyclone and enter the second cylindrical-conical cyclone. The material entering the second cylindrical section is sorted, and medium coal and gangue are discharged.
·Product Features
·High sorting efficiency and precision: Utilizing a patented double-cone structural design (select models), the first-stage Ep value is ≤0.03, and the second-stage Ep value is ≤0.05, achieving a sorting efficiency of 93%-98%. · High Processing Capacity: Available in a variety of sizes, up to the YTMC1400/1000, it can handle 450-550t/h.
· Low Sorting Limit: The effective sorting limit is 0.2-0.25mm, achieving particularly outstanding separation results for coals that are less susceptible to muddification.
· Excellent Wear Resistance: The lining is made of a new wear-resistant and toughened high-Alumina ceramic with an Al2O3 content of ≥96%, effectively extending the equipment's service life.
· Flexible Layout: A variety of layout options, including parallel and inclined, can be adopted to suit site space requirements.
